Retitling from an old trust to new trust - Hawaii

I have a timeshare on Oahu - Marriott Ko Olina. Bought in 2003 when I had a trust in my and my wife's name as trustees. Its 2020 and we have a revised trust - still similar to the old. How do I get the deed updated and filed? A called First American Title in Oahu and they want $700. I called a Big Island service and they want $500. This is a simple job. I understand Marriott gets a small fee as does the state. These total about $65. The rest goes to these services. Seems exorbitant. Any recommendations?
