I am looking to buy a 2 bedroom unit at the Westin Villas North -annual usage. I want Ocean View or Ocean Front. I can see what the listings online are asking for the units, but I assume if that was going price they would already be sold. If I were going to submit an offer to one of the sellers, what would be a aggressive, but possibly accepted offer price? I want to offer the type of price point that makes the seller feel adequately disappointed, but not so unrealistic as to make them angry. What's the right price point??? What is the bare minimum one of these actually changes hands at?
