How do I put a review on RedWeek about a certain Owner

I would like to know how I can put a review on RedWeek regarding a very bad experience that we had when renting a week from a certain Owner. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what we have gone through. I want to write a review about the Owner of the Timeshare not about RedWeek. Thank you

There is no owner reviews system implemented. Only a resort reviews sytem.
