No response to Ask Owner a Question

Hi, I was interested in renting a time share and emailed the owner twice with a question. No response. I was just curious.... why someone would post a rental and not answer an interested party??

Doreen: We ask that you give an owner 48 hours to respond to an inquiry. If you haven't had a response by then, please first check your spam folder. We find this is often the issue when responses aren't received. If you are not able to find a reply in your spam folder, then please use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page and provide us with the posting number you have been inquiring about. We will follow up with the owner.
