Buying quarter (1/4) share properties

How would I search for properties that are just looking for quarter ownership (13 weeks of the year). Not an organized timeshare where you buy 1 week at a time.

That would depend on where you want to buy. One suggestion would be to enter into a search engine "fractional ownership for sale" or something along those lines as that appears to be what you are trying to find.
