Will any of the one bed rooms allow 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 7?

According to the resort website, the maximum occupancy for a one-bedroom suite is four guests.

in my experience, the answer is yes. The resort staff are very friendly and are unlikely to give you hard time over this. We used to stay in rooms rated for up to 4 with our family of 5 when the kids were little. I would bring an inflatable mattress of have the youngest sleep with us in the king size bed.
