Never Received our Paid Week From Owner

My Family paid in full for one week at the Marriott Grand Dunes In SC with a red week poster here in August 2019 with a scheduled vacation for April 2020. Covid halted all travel during April of 2020. We were in email contact with owner who was very responsive. She explained and provided emailed paperwork that the Marriott would honor the week into 2021 and we would just have to pay a transfer fee to change the week. We have been in contact email, calling, registered mail and cannot get the owner to Reply to reschedule our week. We have spoken to the Marriott and they see our week from April 2020 and the explain only the owner can transfer the week. Additionally they explained due to Covid they are allowing the transfer of weeks to occur into 2022. Redweek has also tried to reach the owner with no success. The Marriott told us the owner has had a active account so they are not sure why she is not responding. We are so very upset about this. This is our family vacation that we look forward to, and we work hard for our money. We paid in full for the week and we deserve to have that week of vacation at the Marriott. Does anyone have any suggestions for us on next steps ? Redweek was so highly recommended to us we never thought a property owner would take our money and not provide the week in return. Especially now during these times we can’t believe a property owner would not fulfill the financial obligations to our family. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
