Transfer Service & Taxes for Hawaii Timeshare Sale

I'm needing to sell a timeshare in Hawaii for a friend of mine. I've bought/sold resales in the past but it's been like 10 years and my memory isn't the best these days.

Once I find a seller and agree on the terms (sales price and who pays what fees), what is the recommended turnkey service I can use that will handle all aspects of the transfer (other than the price negotiation) ? I ran across these three companies. Are these the "go to" and do they handle everything after the I've reached agreement on terms of the sale with the buyer? Is one better than the other?

As far as listing it, I've used here and Redweek before, are there any other places. Craigslist seems like a shady option, too much riff raff on that site will just waste my time answering emails from scammers probably.

And finally, if I give the buyer the week that's already been paid for and sell the unit for a penny, does that mean I pay no taxes to the State of Hawaii?
