VRBO In bed with Wyndham Resorts--Wyndham Owners No Longer Get Instant Bookings

In 2010 Wyndham Resorts entered into a deal to work with Expedia Group! Wyndham initially started a pilot program to rent their inventory on VRBO & Expedia. They started out with a few ads and it has become a huge success but at what cost?

Wyndham Owners no longer have access to Expedia Group Distribution because VRBO has an exclusive agreement with Wyndham. If you have an Instant Book ad and wonder why bookings are down 60 to 70% in 2021, it's because of this deal.

I encourage any Wyndham Owner listings rentals on Instant Book through VRBO to check their Expedia Link and you will see Wyndham Resorts Developer Listings and not one Owner Listing.

This is in my opinion based on research I have done over the last 3 months.
