Marriot acquiring Welk Resorts

I wonder if anyone has information about how the acquisition by Marriot will affect Welk Resorts? The Welk Group has been such a family oriented business and this has shown in how they've treated the clients at Welk Resorts, plus the Owners. I sure hope it doesn't end up with the same feel as the Big Dudes :(
