Redweek full service rental question

In using full service, Redweek holds funds until check-in by the renter. What happens if the renter is a no-show? Where can one get a copy of the redweek generated rental agreement?

Jeff: The owner can choose between these three options for the cancellation policy:

Flexible: 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before check-in. No refund thereafter.

Moderate: 50% refund if canceled at least 60 days before check-in. No refund thereafter.

Strict: No refunds given on cancellations.

On the original question however, when are funds disbursed if the renter is a no-show and never checks in?

Owners will always be paid two business days after the check-in date, even if the renter does not check in.

Does Redweek verify Interval weeks?
