Exchanging Titles

We're new to Redweek.

We've owned a week 52 at Christie Lodge, Vail, CO since the early 80's. We retired recently and moved to SC. Ideally we'd like something on the beach between Jekyll Island, GA and Wilmington, NC that we could use between Spring and September. Has anybody ever heard of a Title exchange option or could recommend a way to accomplish our goal?

Granted we could exchange every year, sell, then purchase.
