I want to book a week somewhere and rent it out, so my expiring Marriott Vacation Club points don't go down the toilet. What areas are hot right now? Florida? California? What cities?

We have had success renting anything in Hawaii especially if you can tie it to a holiday or long weekend. Our Maui Christmas week goes quickly at a good price and Ko'Olina (booked with points) has rented a reasonable price. Not sure what others think but, Hawaii is always easy to rent.
