If I use the full service to sell my Timeshare does the Red Week agent get the HOA documents or do I Supply them. Will the buyer have to pay a commission? Once a contract is ratified how long does it take for the deed to be recorded and I get a final copy as well as the buyer?

With a full-service resale, the owner signs an estoppel form which allows us to get all the information about your ownership from the resort. The buyer pays all closing costs and transfer fees, but does not pay commission. How long it takes for the deed to be recorded can vary.
