Harborside Resort at Atlantis

My daughter went to our timeshare in Harborside at the end of February, beginning of January. The first unit she was given wasn't cleaned, garbage all over the place, etc. The 2nd unit she was given the faucet in the kitchen wasn't even attached, the inside of the dishwasher rusty, and various other not so great conditions in the bathroom. There was no blanket or comforter for the bed, they had to ask. I contacted Vistana, no help, received a phone call from someone from Harborside, email given in the message was undeliverable. Anyone else had problems at this resort?
