A few units list ocean view while others list ocean front. Can you please specify the difference, if any? Do units specify ground level vs. Elevated? Thanks.

From my experience "ocean front" means an unobstructed view of the ocean from your unit. "Ocean view" means you can see some part of the ocean but there are some or a lot of obstructions to your view.
