Why is membership required just to check availability of a unit?

A membership is required to see the details of a do-it-yourself posting or contact the owner in order to weed out the spammers and scammers that frequent the free timeshare posting sites. Our research has found owners posting on free sites are inundated with spam e-mails or scammers seeking an easy target. Most of these non-serious buyers will not pay a membership fee and therefore our owners' time is free to consider serious offers.

If you are unable to arrange a transaction and let us know within 30 days, we are happy to refund the membership fee.

If the posting is managed by RedWeek, a membership is not required to ask questions or book the week.
