What is the conventional wisdom on posting a week for rent about a year out? Price higher within range even though there are a few on the lower side and let those go first?? For example - my resort usually goes $650-$750 a night and there are a couple listings out there close to $650. I’m more inclined to be n the $725 range. Thoughts?? I could also lower my price later
