View/Book

I'm new to the site, and this has probably been asked, but some View/Book boxes are blue, and some green. Please explain the difference.

If the View/Book is in green, it indicates this is a RedWeek full-service posting and the entire rental process is being handled by RedWeek. If the View/Book is in blue, the owner is handling the posting, although if it has a Verified and Protected flag, the transaction can be done with RedWeek Online Booking.

Some rentals say view book and some say view posting but all are the same color. Can you please explain the difference?
