Don’t Stay Here

We have been owners at this resort for some 20 years. The service has continuously gone downhill. On our latest visit, we reserved our ocean front villa. When we checked in we were given a room facing the swimming pool. Not an ocean front. We expected to be moved to the room we reserved. Management, including two levels of managers, refused to move us claiming it was our fault and this is what we had reserved. My confirmation clearly shows reservation for an ocean front studio. We were told this is the room we reserved… Looking at the pool. Be very careful if you pay for a room here. You do not always get what you reserve.
