Who knows how I can get the proper paperwork to sell my timeshare in Cabo at Playa Grande? is there a transfer fee? how do I price it?

Whether or not there is a transfer fee (...there almost certainly is) and the cost of that fee can best be answered by contacting the resort directly, particularly since policies, fees and practices are subject to change.

If this is a RTU contract (which it most likley is), the resort probably uses its' own internal transfer paperwork, so you could find out more about that during the same direct inquiry seeking an answer to your other question.

Whether you can manage to "sell" this product at all, I do not know. Many Mexican RTU contracts cannot even be given away for free. I hope that yours is not one of them. Good luck.
