Sending a Message to RedWeek

My Account/My Messages shows me a tab with a list of messages I've received. I've logged in and sent messages to "customer support" and to "time share rentals" about a posting. However these messages don't show up on the Sent Messages tab and I don't see that there is a way to write/compose...a message on the My Messages screen.

Hi. I reserved a place and the funds have been taken from my account but the owner has not transferred it to my name. It has been more than 48 hours. What do I do???

Do you know why there are no listings for rentals in Kahana Beach Resort on Maui for the remainder of 2025? I will have one to list with Redweek for end of Dec. unless there is a problem !

When I go to edit the price of my listings, it keeps on kicking out and says Enter Number. What is the problem?
