Rent St John owner timeshare

What do you recommend as the most popular configuration to offer as a St John Virgin Islands Westin Timeshare rental? We have a 3 bedroom three bath that can be used as 1 week 3B or two week 1 or 2 bedroom or 3 week 1B we could make available in the summer. What month would you recommend we target?
