Will owners rent for less than a full week?

Many timeshares are owned as full weeks and owners of such weeks pay annual maintenance fees on that full week. Accordingly, rental pricing is usually for a full week, whether or not the tenant actually uses that whole week. You can always ASK about renting a partial week at a reduced price if you happen to find an ad for the week that you seek, but you may not get a favorable response.

On the other hand, some “points” ownerships can book space for less than a full week and can then rent out that time period accordingly. Whether or not there are any such options offered or available in Phoenix next month is for you to research for yourself. Good luck.
