We want to give our grandchildren our timeshare in Orlando Florida. How do we make this happen? What do we have to do to give it to them?

First of all, make sure that they actually want it. Make sure that they know all the ins and outs, ups and downs of owning a timeshare, especially in Central FL.

If they do indeed want it, then one recommended closing company is Legal Timeshare Transfers (LTTransfers.com). If you are just giving it to your grandchildren for free, then LTT will prepare the deed for about $200. There might also be an internal resort transfer fee depending on the timeshare company.
