Reviews of properties for rent

I am considering renting a timeshare we have in Daytona. The review stars aren't that great, so when I look at the reviews (and I can only HOPE that renters will do the same!!) - the reviews actually go back to 2003!!! Just about all of the new reviews give it 5 stars! Clearly, some very positive things have taken place, based on the recent reviews. I think there should be a time limit on how far back reviews go that are calculated in the number of stars given. HELP please, this doesn't help us rent our timeshares!!!! Many potential renters will not take the time to research - they will be put off by the low number of stars...
