Second Hilton Grand?

My finance owns a HGV Club membership in California. However, we never go there. So we use the points to book at properties all over the USA and Mexico. My uncle just went through a divorce and he wants to get rid of his HGV Club with is in florida. We go to Florida alot. So I am thinking about taking his timeshare, and putting it in my name. However, if i remember correctly, you get benefits if you own more. I cant remember what its called. Im wondering if it would be better if we put the new time share in my finace name and not mine. Thoughts.... Thanks in advance
