Renting my Vidanta Weeks Grand Myan

I am wondering how I should price my timeshare, I have a two-bedroom suit at the Grand Myan, three weeks?

To sell or to rent out? If you're looking for a sale price, then a good idea is to log into your E-Bay account (if you have one) and look at the completed sales for similar units to what you are trying to sell. Completed sales will give you an idea what units like yours will sell for. Be prepared though that it's possible that there are very few completed sales that garnered a significant sales price.

If you want to rent it out, take a look at similar listings here on RedWeek and price yours at about that price or even lower to be competitive.
