Make sure that you have paid the annual RedWeek membership if the owner is advertising here on RedWeek, otherwise you will not be able to contact him/her.

Once you both agree on a price, then the owner should send you a rental agreement contract and the owner will book the rental in your name. Also, make sure the contract spells out clearly the terms and conditions including how he should be paid and what the cancellation policy is.
