Can I use MVC points after contract resale?

I had three contracts of Marriott vacation club points. Two of those were contracted for sale on Redweek and Marriott issued ROFR and the transactions are complete. The third one is still in progress of ROFR with Marriott settlement.

The online profile is still showing available points from the two contracts that were repurchased. Can i still use/transfer those?

The third contract was supposed to be for usage starting in 2024 year. So I think that means i can at least still use the points for 2023, but i don't want to do anything to jeopardize the closing process. Should I be concerned?

And I have previously banked points that I assume i can still use? I am told that the online profile will be deactivated after the final sale is complete however.

I can't get a straight answer from MVC.
