Terrible accomodations

We rented a villa at the Aruba Marriott Ocean Club thru Aruba We Go, Inc. owned by Robin Gran that was posted on RedWeek.

It was the worst villa we have ever had. The view from our balcony was the dumpster and garages from the Marriott Hotel next door.

The front desk agreed that it was one of the worst villas at the Ocean Club and that they assign the better villa timeshare rentals to people who book directly thru the Marriott and the leftovers which are the worse rooms go to companies like Aruba We Go and the these companies ARE FULLY AWARE OF THIS. But of course Robin Gran never mentioned this to us.

The villa ruined our vacation!

I am so Sorry that you were unhappy with your location as anyone would be but the front desk tries to get out of changing peoples rooms by blaming the broker! Most of my clients get great views but it is never guaranteed but these are all Owner weeks and NOT leftovers.

I am not aware of any rule that states that brokers like me or Redweek verified or any of the many others out there will get "leftover" units. There is no such thing and they made it up to satisfy you by throwing me under the bus as they say. They out and out lied to you and I am very sorry this happened. No one can guarantee where you will be or what view you will have NO MATTER who you rent from.
