How would we request a certain room....

How would we request a certain room. Does the owner that we’re renting from do that, or can we communicate directly with the resort?

Most weeks that are available to rent through RedWeek are “floating”, that is, the time share owner does not have a specific room or has a say as to which room will be assigned at check-in. The owner can “request” but in my experience, those requests are rarely honoured.

I would call the resort directly 2 weeks before and place my request such as pool view or park view, ground floor, etc. Many families like the ground floor pool view because of the convenience. We have always been able to see the ocean with a resort view but oceanfront is specific and you are directly in front and pay more.
