Renting a 2/2 lock off

I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath lock off unit. It can either rent as both with connecting units or individual. One is an executive suite with larger living space and full kitchen, the other is smaller with a small sitting area and partial kitchen. Am I better off renting them individually? Unit at World Golf Village in St Augusting and can be blocked for a week in Dec or Jan
