Marriott points can absolutely be sold! From the standard resale posting page, you'll select your preferred resale posting method (DIY, DIY plus RedWeek Verification and Protection, or RedWeek Full-Service) and from there, a prompt will appear letting you type in your preferred points/club system. You'll just want to type in Marriott Vacation Club, and then proceed through the prompted questions as normal!
