The one bedroom unit says view varies, what kind of view would that be? Are there any bad views? Do the units have private lanais?

Yes, ALL units have private lanais. NO, there are no bad views as far as I'm concerned. Partial ocean view from many units, as well as golf course views. Even if you face the grounds of the resort the gardens are very well maintained and attractive.
