Do I get a refund for an unrented posting(s)

Mar 21, 2024

My week that I posted was not rented in February for the Superbowl. I had 2 units posted, one for a 1 bedroom, and the other for a 2 bedroom. Do i get a refund?

Are you asking if you get a refund from RedWeek for your listing or a refund on your maintenance fees?

It doesn’t really matter. Maintenance fees are never "refundable" and the fact that advertised units did not successfully get rented is no one else's “fault” or responsibility; no rental advertiser is entitled to any refund from anyone for his/her advertising costs. If advertised units don't get rented, that is unfortunate for the unsuccessful advertiser, but the offered rentals may have simply been overpriced in the first place.
