Why are you holding my rent hostage? I have provided my bank information for direct deposit in the past and you have always deposited my rent to this account in the past. Now, all of sudden, you are asking me to provide my bank information again; via a 3rd Party no less which I do not trust!!! What if the 3rd party is a scam? In the meantime, my rent money is being held captive by you!
