points to sell

When going to sell your timeshare they ask what resort. I purchased points I have 1750 to they go to a specific resort. How would I post to sell and they determine what the value is for the points.

I would also like to know if points can be sold on RedWeek. If so how is this done? Marriott will not buy back the points, but are willing to take the points back at no charge (ugh...not helpful!) Points I'm looking to sell are points, not tied to a destination/location.
