Wondering your experience - Renting my Sheraton Vistana Orlando unit December 27-Jan 3

I'm trying to decide whether to sell or keep my unit up for rent. I have a 2 bedroom listed currently for rent, for a competitive price but haven't got any interest yet.

Does this resort typically rent well for the New Year's Eve week?
