Marriott's new "Guest of Owner" 30 Day Notice Mandate

Aug 11, 2024

Redweek's user agreement stipulates the listing is good / listed up to 10 days before the check-in date, BUT Marriott just adopted a new policy the requires any / all name change requests (Guest of Owner changes) MUST be made no less than 30 day prior to check-in. Can / Will Redweek amend their User Agreement to align with Marriott's new policy? If I list my week for rent and it doesn't go under contract in time, I don't think I/we should be charged for cancelling the listing if we don't have a rental agreement in time for Marriott's new policy.
