The US$125 per-person-per-night all-inclusive rate allows you to eat and drink what you want, where you want and when you want, subject only to a surcharge for Piccolo Mondo (which is really lovely for a special treat) which if I remember correctly is US$30 per person. For many years, the resort has run a seven-nights-for-the-price-of-five deal on the all-inclusive as long as they know before you arrive that you'll be doing that.
