Hello! I notice that some units are slightly more expensive than others but the features are exactly the same. For instance, I am comparing 2 bedroom units with ocean views for exactly the same time period with different rates. All indicate they are unassigned, so why the different prices?

Prices are driven and completely controlled by each owner. There may be multiple posting that may look very similar with different price points due to that specific owners choice of price. (All information is subject to change and verification)

The units are identical (except the views differ depending on category [ocean view or island view] and location within the resort.
