Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

I am interested in selling my time shares

I welcome thoughtful responses to my subject. I own my timeshares and have for many years. I expect a considerable offer based on an objective assessment including any conditions that may apply.

You have not provided any information at all about whatever timeshare product(s) you allegedly own and seek to sell. Accordingly, your "expecting a considerable offer" may be entirely unrealistic. I don't know how / why you might expect "thoughtful responses” or "objective assessments" or discussion of "any conditions that may apply" without your having provided any information regarding your ownership on which readers here could possibly offer you informed or meaningful input.

Is this really a serious post, or is it perhaps an attempt at humor — or maybe just some AI-generated "material"?

Who gave you this "objective assessment"? One recommended way to find an "objective assessment" is to log in to your E-Bay account (if you have one) and look at completed (not active) sales of similar units you own. That will give you a good idea of what people are actually paying for units like yours.

You might come to the harsh realization that your unit on the resale market is worth around zero dollars, or even less.

You can list your unit for sale or giveaway on reputable websites such as here on RedWeek. Timeshare Users Group (aka "TUG"; tugbbs.com) also is low cost to list. It also has a free giveaway section if you just want to give your unit away.

Whatever you do, never ever pay anyone a large, upfront fee to sell, rent out, or "cancel" your timeshare. Those are always scams.

Hopefully this is a "welcome thoughtful [response]" to your query.

I am interested in selling my Marriott barony beach on Hilton Head island I own a gold week, Oceanside, and am enrolled in the destination program which allows you to convert your week to points each year and use those points at any of the Destination's locations

Has anybody had any luck selling a similar unit on RedWeek? I don’t see where they list ones that have been sold. If so, would you give me a ball park price

Thanks
