Resell or refund

Hello. I’ve rented many times through Redweek over the years. Unfortunately our summer plan dates may change and I have a studio in Oahu at Marriott Ko Olina that I may like to resell. Am I able to do so here even though it wasn’t originally my week? Never done that before. I’m assuming I can’t get a refund as I purchased this unit and week in September 2024. Do I have any options? Please advise. Thanks. John

Your status regarding the week at issue is not clear to me, but the bottom line is that unless you actually OWN that week, it is NOT yours to now rent out (or "sub lease") to anyone else, including any week obtained as an “exchange”. If this was a week that you rented directly from an owner, whether or not you can now obtain a refund will be determined by the cancellation / refund terms and conditions of the contract that you (...hopefully) executed. If there was no formal contract executed, clearly identifying cancellation and / or refund terms, any refund for cancellation will be at the discretion of the owner from whom you rented the week.
