Purchasing and Renting out Home Options at Westin Nanea

This post is specifically in relation to Westin Nanea, even more specifically for the use of Home Options. We are looking to purchase 213,000 Home Options from Redweek resale market. Just found out that Home Options at Nanea are not eligible for banking for future use, so we are discussing on how to fully utilize the HOs in the given year. The suite tied to this sale is an Oceanfront 2 bedroom unit.

Now the questions we have are: 1. Can we book any number of days (1-12) in any number of rooms (1-3) as long as it is within the given number of HOs of 213,000? 2. Hypothetically speaking, if we book 7 nights at Nanea of 2 bedroom Oceanfront unit for 176,700 HOs, can we book a shorter trip with the remaining number of HOs (36,300) and rent it out on Redweek?
