Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

Looking to sell 1400 Marriott Vacation Club points

I have 1400 marriott vacation club points that I am looking to sell before the end of April. Is there a way to post these points for sale without a booked reservation or do I have to book a reservation and then post the reservation for sale. Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you!
