Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

Resale at Hilton Vacation Club

Hello! I was wondering if I buy resale can I internally exchange into other Hilton timeshares or can I only use my home resort? Is Hilton II OR RCI?

My first two deeds were resale. I was able to exchange those points for any of the resorts within the HGV portfolio. Also, I had the ability to convert the HGV Points to RCI.
