Hello, I reserved two room listings on redweek at the same resort in Hawaii (both different owners). One of them was confirmed in my name 3 days later, with redweek sending me a copy of the confirmation, and the other I'm still waiting for my name to be placed on the reservation. It's been 7 days and the email updates from Redweek say the same thing "we are still waiting for the owner to send us a copy of the reservation confirmation". This was a verified and protected listing. Our trip is coming up Sept 6th and there are no other studio rooms available either on redweek nor Marriott for me to book directly. Should I be concerned and would Redweek refund my money if the owner isn't upholding their end of the contract? I've never had an issue like this before. TIA!
