Selling my Week 50 Beach Front Villa at the Royal Sands in Cancun

Does anyone have suggestions on whether to sell it on my own vs paying the commission? I have the forms from the resort, and they charge the same fee to process the sale. I'm not sure if that would double the cost of selling.
