I logged in to post my timeshare listing as I have been doing with you for the last 20 years and lo and behold, the fees for posting have increased 5-fold, there is no more direct contact between owners and renters, you now hold our funds until after the renter checks in. And lastly you have added an approximate 10% fee paid by the renter to our listing price.
You got me this year redweek, however it will be the last time and I think a lot of other owners feel the same way.
